Do I need a gym?

No. We can build this for gym training or home training. Your plan will match your equipment, schedule, and ability.

What if I’m busy?

That’s exactly who this is for. We'll design a plan that works around your life.

What results can I expect?

Results depend on starting point and execution. Generally we aim for 1% per week or more of weight loss so you can realistically expect to lose at least 4% of your bodyweight.

How do daily check-ins work?

I message you every morning with a quick daily check-in list (weight/steps/sleep/nutrition/training). I review and respond with what you need: confirmation, correction, and adjustments.

What happens after the Sprint?

If you want to keep progressing without the daily intensity, you can move into Ongoing Accountability Coaching (£147/month): weekly check-ins and a monthly call.
