Our training location is flexible and built around you. We can train at your private villa gym, use outdoor locations, or work from one of our high-quality partner gyms, depending on your preference and schedule. The setup is always tailored to create the best fit for you.

Do I need to be in Marbella for the full 8 weeks?

Not necessarily. If you travel or live elsewhere, we can deliver the full structure remotely, same daily oversight, weekly reviews, and data tracking.

How many in-person sessions will I have?

Eight are included in the base program, with optional additional training sessions up to 6×/week.

The exact frequency depends on your goals, availability, and budget.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most clients lose 6–12% of bodyweight within 8 weeks while maintaining or even improving strength.

What if I’m not very advanced or have health issues?

We run a structured transition phase to stabilise and maintain results, or move into performance or lifestyle coaching if you choose to continue.

Check-ins take less than a minute, and reviews last 30 minutes weekly. Everything else fits into your existing routine.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No, you’ll have the choice between a structured meal plan or a flexible macro-based approach.

Either way, you’ll get eating-out guidance and real-time support to stay on track anywhere.

How much does it cost?

The base program is €1200 paid in full with the option to add-on additional sessions.
