Many villas and urbanisations in Marbella have a private gym. A squat rack, a barbell with plates, adjustable dumbbells and a bench cover almost everything you need for strength training. If yours has those, you can train well at home. If it's a treadmill and a set of light dumbbells, a gym will give you more.
We coach clients in their villa gyms across Marbella, and we can tell you what's worth adding if yours is missing something.
